Have you seen that new tv show, Oprah's big give? I haven't because we're over here and AFN isn't quite up to speed with the new stuff. (tell me if I'm wrong!) I have, however, seen snippets of it on her Monday show. So it got me thinking... what can I do to 'give big'? Well I'm not Oprah and I don't have an extra 10K to give, but I can give a well deserving family a free photo session!!! Yep, that's right... 100% free photo session AND a package of prints! SO if you are, or know of a military family that deserves this 'awesomeness' send me an email with a little background information on why. I'll choose the lucky family and let you know ASAP.

Fate. Can I use that word? So, I hadn't checked out your page in few months because I've been so swamped, but I decided I'd like to try and reschedule an appointment with you since snow/rain/fog/etc kept coming ruining a fabulous photo session. I think it's ironic that I happen to read your blog the same day you post it.
If you want to know the truth, I vote for myself b/c I just called in to my work, to let them know I won't be making it in tomorrow. Reason: I have a 6-8 page paper due (tomorrow) for my Romantic to Modern Literature class that I haven't even started on, not to mention my final for that class. I hadn't gotten started on my paper because I was much to occupied on my 15-20 page business plan for my Business Writing class...well worth all the effort though, got my grade today...A.
On top of my super intensive classes, I have my daughter whom has been neglected a lot lately; my home, which looks like a garbage dump; and my husband who has so graciously taken up the cooking, cleaning and mopping, etc the past few weeks.
Thursday marks the end of a gruesome 8 week period. Trying to be a supermom is hard. Right now, I'd settle for a weekend full of napping. That sounds like awesomeness to me.

I think that this is amazing that you are doing this. I would like to vote for myself, but feel that there are people out there that are much more deserving. This is VERY kind of you. I look forward to having a photo session with my family in May.
